I have also seen these made with the whole egg on the inside, you can make it however you like, its very tasty!Also, the extra food coloring mixture can be covered and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.I wanted to make this video the exact way I was showed. However, when I make this, I do not use the flour in to the potatoes, I don't like the texture of the potatoes. So, I just cook the potatoes, smash them then flatten them and stuff it with the egg.
